ISASTORE® offers tailor-made solutions for both manual and fully automated warehouses, efficiently manages any warehouse operation, and provides transparent order processing. Regarding technology and functionality, the functions and services provided by the ISASTORE® standard already cover most logistic processes.
- Warehouse Modelling
By means of the warehouse modelling functions an image true to the real warehouse is created and assigned logical functions.
- Stock Movement - Material Flow
ISASTORE® supports and controls the material flow and all logistic processes involved. These processes include the receipt and retrieval of goods, internal transports, picking, packing, loading, and routing administration.
- Picking
Picking with lists, paperless picking, pick-by-voice, pick-to-light, put-to-light, pick & pack - based on the requirements of the individual customer the most efficient picking method is implemented.
- Information System
Comprehensive reports and statistics support our customers in operating their warehouses efficiently.
- System Visualisation
Several graphical tools for warehouse visualisation and the depiction of single locations or locations with sub-locations are available in ISASTORE®, including amongst others a 3D Warehouse Visualiser and a Warehouse Editor.
- Documentation
Individual training material and release notes, which can also be accessed online, are provided to every single user of ISASTORE®.
- Quality Assurance
ISASTORE® offers several quality assurance possibilities. One way is to block - and later release - the goods belonging to certain stocks, batches, WH-clients, LCs, areas, etc. for retrieval in accordance to defined quality assurance criteria.
- Hazardous Goods
ISASTORE® provides several possibilities for the handling of hazardous goods in a secure way conforming to the respective legislative regulations.
- Billing - Logistics Charge Services
The implementation of this module is especially useful for third-party logistics providers operating warehouses for third parties in order to considerably lower the costs arising from managing and evaluating the provided logistics services.
