Support, Maintenance and Release Management

Remote maintenance, helpdesk, the use of long-proven service tools and short response times - we guarantee our customers a safe and stable system operation design at highest availability even for the customers fartherst away from us. The only precondition is a remote access via a router and a secure connection via the internet.  

Maintenance agreements ranging from between normal working hours up to 7x24 maintenance can be agreed in order to provide optimum maintenance according to the customer's individual demands as well as upgrades to the most recent software releases.
